职位描述： Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or IT 2. Above 3 years SAP end user support experience 3. At least one full cycle SAP project implementation experience 4. Know well one or more SAP modules FI, CO, PP, MM, SD, PLM. 5. Detailed knowledge and rich experience in SAP FI/CO module, like G/L, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Internal Order, Product Cost Controlling, PCA, COPA, etc. 6. Strong problem analysis & solving skills to ensure process and system performance meet or exceed the KPI 7. Good English and Chinese communication skill 8. Good teamwork player, can work under pressure Job Responsibility 1. Conduct ERP Application members to provide 24x7 technical & functional SAPNXP continuity services support within the Service Level Agreement KPI and IT budget for smooth running of company business and production. 2. Conduct to provide NXP MFG sites FICO (especially PC&A2) 1st line support according to the predefined support procedure and KPI. 3. Conduct business case study and analysis, optimize the business process, to source and recommend cost effective IT solutions to facilitate or fulfill the needs of business operation 4. Global IT system/projects plan, support, supervises and implementation with regional and corporate project team, and meet the project target as schedule. 5. Liaise with manager to understand business current and future information needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into SLA AOP and existing operations.
