Key Responsibilities::
House Department Management
1. Help Head of Boarding to manage boarding team, including to evaluate the performance of the boarding members , and talk with members regularly;
2. Assist to solve boarding team problems;
3. Organize and attend weekly boarding team meeting;
4. Participate in cross-departmental meetings
Ø Student activities in Boarding team
1. Make student activity plan with the boarding team , and communicate with relevant colleague to arrange the activity.
2. Organize and coordinate fire drill with boarding team.
3. Collect and analysis student statistics;
4. Dormitory arrangement for new students
5. Coordinate dormitory transferring;
Student behavior problems management
1. Track student’s behavior case;
2. Talk with poor behavior students;
3. Organize parents meeting and assistant to translate ;
Ø Other
1. Update and print boarding team brochure;
2. Reimburse for student activities and office purchases;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a boarding school environment.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Multilingual skills for assisting with translations as needed
