工作内容 Job Description:
在总经理领导下,全面主持生产、技术、质量、仓储物流、设备管理等方面工作,对公司产品的生产计划、生产进度、交期、技术工艺、质量、客户投诉、仓储物流管理、设备管理等负责;

向公司高层决策者提供所负责部门的管理建议,并致力于提高公司的综合管理水平;
Bring constructive suggestion to enterprise strategic managers in production, and focus on improve the management level of enterprise.
贯彻落实所辖部门的岗位职责、作业指导书执行情况,密切工作联系,加强各部门的协作配合,完善自上而下的考核机制,对所辖范围部门负责人完成工作进行考核,并监督各部门人员的考核执行情况。

定期召开技术、质量、生产例会,推动问题解决,找到解决方案和措施。

组织技术团队攻坚克难,开发新产品、新工艺,保证新客户订单有序完工交付。
